Delivery Time

We aim to ship your order within 5 working days after receiving your payment. During busier periods, processing times may increase. We work with PostNL for all our deliveries. In case of a delay with your order, please inform us by email.

Shipping Costs

All our prices are exclusive of shipping costs unless otherwise stated on the website. Shipping costs are added to your order and are always paid by the customer. They are calculated based on the weight and size of the items.

Prices

All prices are in EUR, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. To place an order from a country outside the EU, please contact our customer service. Some countries apply customs fees or taxes; these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Claire Horsten Studio cannot inform the customer about these additional costs.

Claire Horsten Studio reserves the right to change prices. Despite the fact that the online catalogue and e-commerce website are compiled with the utmost care, it is still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Claire Horsten Studio.

The quoted price applies exclusively to the items as described in words. The accompanying photos are intended for decorative purposes and may contain elements not included in the price.

Payment

All payments on the website are made via the Shopify Payments electronic payment system.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for money.

We ship only within the EU as standard. For shipments outside the EU, please contact us via email at info@clairehorsten.com.

Uncollected Items

We are not responsible for packages that are not accepted or collected. These packages are returned to us. We are not responsible for the items after they have been returned. Additional shipping and packaging costs will be charged in the event that a package has not been collected or accepted. If you work outside the home, it may be advisable to provide your work address as the delivery address.
