Claire Horsten Studio strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If one or more items do not meet your expectations after receiving them, you have the right to request a return within 14 days and send the item back within this period. After this period has passed, the purchase becomes final. The item must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. The return shipment is at your own expense. Upon receiving your return, it will be inspected, and if everything is in order, a refund will be issued.
